      It is to keep many details as possible. Straighten image may lead to crop a bit much.

    Finally getting a chance to go through these latest chapters and I've been having an issue with my manga reader (CDisplayEX) not being able to read the images until I rename them as .jpg files. This just started on chapter 37, and I never had any problems before then, so I was wondering if you changed something in the way you're saving the files.

      That's unusual! Are you downloading from mediafire, or the online reader?

      Downloading them from Mediafire. At first I thought maybe they were an incorrectly named extension; I've run into that a number of times before. But when I opened up the zip files, the images opened fine in IrfanView,and I didn't get any error messages. Since this just started,I thought you may have changed the way you're doing things.

      It might be a problem with GIMP (we were using Photoshop to typeset up until ch35). I'll look into the problem, thanks for the feedback.

      Hmm. I've confirmed that the files are identifiable as valid PNGs (they open just fine in anything I throw them at).

      This seems like it might actually be an issue with CDisplayEx: http://forums.cdisplayex.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=443

      Looks like that was the issue. I was still using the original release of CDisplay EX (version 1.8) as I didn't realize this was actively still being updated. I went ahead and downloaded the latest beta (1.10.33) and everything seems to be fine now. Was also able to play around with a few settings in the updated version, and now I'm getting a much nicer picture than I ever was with the original. Just weird that I hadn't really noticed any problems until just now.

      Went ahead and redownloaded chapters 37-40 so that I'd have the chapters in their original release quality.
